Just a quick message to say I had an absolutely *awesome* time at the show meeting all the people off of the AusRFS forum.

I picked up 5 black tan mice, and around 9 ratties. Which should have been 10 but I didn't get an awesome girl!

Thankyou so so so much Lakeisha + family for taking me down there, I had so much fun! :D

So it's 1.13am, Thursday mornin'. Funny thing is, today at 6am I must rise and pack rats and meece into the car and set off for Tamworth. So that gives me.. 4 hours and 46 minutes sleep ;_; yawnz.

Incase you haven't heard, I'm going to my very first rodent show on Saturday, and my very first trip to Sydney! Lakeisha of The 28th Rat and her awesome parents offered to take me with them :D. We've been counting down since the end of last year, so we've been waiting a fair while o.O but it's like, 2 days away! Which leaves 18 days til my birthday and 42 days until I get braces o___o

The sucky thing is Sydney is about 7 hours from Tamworth, which means it's about 9 hours from Inverell all together. This will be my longest car trip (that I can remember, I think we went to South Port from Grafton once, dunno how long that took) and probably tied with Newcastle, my longest trip away :D

I'm very excited. Although my sleep is ticking away D:

I'll be sure to post many photos of all the ratties and mice I see. I've never exhibited anything, so good luck to me! :D :D

Welcome to my first post and second blog. Ever. That's right. If I ever become famous, well, I don't know. But anyhow.

Hopefully, unless of course I forget in approximately two days, this will be a blog for my photography, and just general life.

The title was named by Katy. :D and so was the URL. If you read the URL first, you will see that it ties together. Sharz is from mars ...and you're all from Venus! Which I'm assuming means I'm fairly distant and unique. And I live on a red planet? ;]

I like photography. Hence why I have started this.

I'm quite vacant. I love to daydream. And I have an extremely short attention span. :D I also breed rats, shh. I don't want your comments!


About my Cammy:

Canon EOS 1000D (Rebel XS, if you're living in ze USA). It's shiney and new. As of 2 days ago, I became a dSLR owner. The first photo was of my beffy (BFFL, BFF, best friend, you name it) holding a jelly bean. It was on Auto.

Since then, I've read through a Enjoy! SLR page, found a few hundred things to read and I'm now working on fully Manuel, 'M'. This enables me to play with the shutter and apperature (sp?). It's fairly cool.

I also have an awesome, *awesome*, professional photographer friend who is going to help me alot. Thanks Clae :3
